In the Templates slab, we can see the Pre-Approved Templates, that can now be used to send SMS to the clients.Here, the “Create Template” option helps add pre-approved templates to the panel.We cannot make anychanges in these Pre-Approved Templates. In case of any changes, we will need to make corrections in the TemplateForm and submitagain to the Support Team for approval.
SMS option (Campaigns)
In the Campaign Section, we can see the Campaigns which have been executed or scheduled, along with their Campaign Names, Creation Time & Submission Time. This section is there to Create & Execute SMS Campaigns only.
